I’m going to give you an overview of the general job duties and responsibility for both the listing coordinator and listing manager. But let’s be honest – every team functions differently! There could be some overlap in your job as a listing manager or listing coordinator. Your duties may be different depending on where you are in the country, how large your company is, or what kind of role you are filling at your new real estate job. Keep an open mind when speaking with potential employers. They’ll tell you what crucial role you’ll fill, and then you can evaluate the potential from there.
